Construction of a new Jaguar Land Rover motor vehicle dealership. The main works consisted of site preparation, foundation with reinforced concrete slabs, wide strip foundation to the wash bay, structural steelwork frame, profiled steel wall and roof cladding, masonry walls, metal stud partitioning, first floor (in-situ concrete on metal decking), stairs, lift, plastering, tiling, fire protection, suspended ceilings, showroom glazing, electrical, mechanical, alarm systems, foul/surface water drainage together with associated finishes. External works comprised of access route, foul/surface water drainage, service connections, security fencing, surfacing, paving, landscaping and planting.
